Shipping Policy

Free UK delivery

We offer free standard UK delivery when you order two or more microscopes. Single-unit orders are charged a standard shipping rate, calculated at checkout.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 days — around 80% of orders are dispatched in this window. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery is 6–10 days. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by the courier or busy periods.

Order tracking

As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow its journey to your door.

International shipping

At the moment we ship within the United Kingdom only. If you’d like to order from elsewhere, get in touch and we’ll let you know whether we can help.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to update it before your order is dispatched.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us. We’ll investigate with the courier and make sure you receive your order or a replacement.
